A special type of needle breaks the adhesion, and allows the contracted fascia/muscle to reset. This results in instant relief in the back, shoulder, knee, jaw... No matter the pain is caused by old injury, posture, scars, sports accident, arthritis, or herniated disc. Many types of pain can be addressed in the fascia, and do not require surgery.
Each problem area requires 1-4 needles, and fascia insertion is a little more painful than classic acupuncture. But people tolerate it well, especially because one session brings lasting relief often times.
How does this compare to Dry Needling, Chiropractic adjustment?
Dry needling aim for the nerve in order to reset, which is less effective than breaking the fascia knots directly. Chiropractic adjustment is helpful but if the soft tissue stays in old pattern, they'll pull the alignment off again. And you can't stretch or massage a root knot away.... Only Fascia needle does that!
Motion Acupuncture is a contemporary innovation by Dr. Chen Decheng. I am so thankful for his dedication and mastery, for teaching anatomy and acupuncture like no one before. ( I also use Dr. Wang Ying's Abdominal Acupuncture which is effective for organ and internal health. Sometimes that dissolves musculoskeletal knots too, like the Shoulder case in the videos above. )
